JCI Dhaka Achievers Meeting Held In Dhaka
The JCI Dhaka Achievers, a Local Organization of the Junior Chambers International (JCI) Bangladesh, held their Annual General Assembly (GA)& 4th GMM recently In Dhaka.The meeting was presided by 2022 Local President of JCI Dhaka Achievers Rakesh Sinha; Election Commissioner of the year 2021- Mahmud Russel, Local Executive Vice President Md. Mahbubur Rahman Chowdhury; National Treasurer & Founder Ismat Jahan Lissa & National Vice President Nazmul Hossain Shobuz.
The executive committee placed their activity report covering the budgeting as well as future plans of events, social-development projects and other organizational goal sharing the 2023 Quarterly plans and also shared 2022 Plan of Action reports.
JCI Bangladesh National General Legal Counsel (Head of Marketing, The Daily Start) Imran Kadir joined the event as a special guest along with the National Governing Boards. Local President Rakesh Sinha handed over the chain to newly elected Local President Md. Mahbubur Rahman Chowdhury who has taken oath including the newly board. The organization has awarded the best members of this year whoever has played significant role on Project implementation and put efforts on sustainable growth of the organization. Among all the members; Mr. Irfan Uddin (Chief Editor, Ceramic Bangladesh) & Mr. Rifat Khandaker has been jointly named best board member of the year 2022. Mentioning the JCI Achievers most noticeable impact of this year, the organization has created positive impact in the Project named “Helping Wings for Sylhet” providing foods & minerals during Sylhet disaster. Apart from that the organization has also jointly worked with “Aamra Manush Foundation” on the Project named “Sopner Sathe Alor Pathe” providing Digital Sticks to some of the blind people in the society. The organization has awarded Local President Rakesh Sinha for his guidance and leadership on successfully completion of several challenging works.
JCI is a worldwide organization of young professionals and leaders between the ages of 18 and 40. The JCI Headquarters is in St. Louis, Missouri, US and continuing the operation in total 120 countries. JCI Bangladesh is running its operation with around 27 local organization with a member base of around 2500 and the local organizations are functioning to serve the community, society. ttw.com.bd
