Bangladesh Cargo Vessel Owners Association Election Held Mahbub-Iqbal-Nurul Haque Oikya Parishad Panel Wins By Mirza Mehedi Hasan
Bangladesh Cargo Vessel Owners Association’s Biennial General Election of Executive Council, 2023-2025 was held with great enthusiasm on Saturday, July 15-2023 at the Bangladesh Mahila Karigori Training Center cum Community Center Auditorium in AGB Colony, Motijheel, Dhaka. A large number of voters participated in the said election. Polling continued from morning to afternoon. Counting was held in presence of the voters and others and the result were Md. Iqbal Hossain 706 votes, Nazmul Hossain Hamdu 697 votes, Kazi Abdul Karim 692 votes, Alhaj Md. Kamal Hossain 691 votes, Saeed Ahmed 688 votes, Md. Sohag 684 votes, Md. Yakub Ali Akand 670 votes, Alhaj Md. Mujibul Haque 659 votes, Engineer Mehbub Kabir 659 votes, AKM Shamsuzzaman Russell 655 votes, Md. Nurul Haque 654 votes, Abu Yusuf Majumder 649 votes, Md. Ali Hossain Ali 647 votes, Mahbub Uddin Ahmed Bir Bikram 646 votes, Md. Zahidul Islam Zahid 646 votes, Md. Jahangir Alam 633 votes, Mohammad Ali 632 votes, GM Sarwar 626 votes, Abdul Baten Rony 622 votes, Abdul Matin Talukder 617 votes, Md. Mohsin Hawladar 613 votes, Md. Delwar Hossain 608 votes, Md.
