Workshop held on challenges in tourism industry

A workshop on what to do to face the existing challenges in the development and expansion of the tourism industry was held at the head office of Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation at Agargaon in Dhaka on Thursday. State minister for civil aviation and tourism Md Mahbub Ali was present as chief guest at the workshop, At the workshop, the managers of the hotels, motels and resorts of the Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation participated. They discussed their business and marketing plans to attract domestic and foreign tourists, innovations for quality services and strategies to develop the tourism industry.
